30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

What We Accept

• Unworn, unwashed items with tags
• Items in original packaging
• Defective or damaged items (any condition)

What We Don't Accept

• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags
• Returns after 30 days

How to Return

Email us at hello@tyvm.shop with:

• Your order number
• Item(s) you want to return
• Reason for return
• Photos (if defective or damaged)

We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after we receive your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 30 days. Due to our print-on-demand model, we don't exchange for different products. If you want a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
